First: Nature of Products
- Accessories are considered personal consumer products that depend on the customer’s taste and preference. Therefore, they are classified among items that cannot be returned or exchanged after purchase, such as (underwear, beauty tools, and similar items), for health and hygiene reasons in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Second: Warranty and Returns
- Women’s accessories are not covered under warranty, as their nature differs from that of electronic devices or technical parts such as phones and batteries.
- Returns or exchanges are not accepted once the product has been received in good condition and matches the type, size, and color selected by the customer.
- Requests for returns due to change of mind are not accepted.
- In the event that a product arrives damaged or different from the requested item, the customer must contact us on the same day of receipt, providing clear photos and a description of the issue so that our team can take the necessary action.
- Once the issue has been reviewed and verified, our support team will handle the process and proceed with the exchange for the defective item.

Note: After more than one full day from receipt, or once the product has been opened or used, the store cannot accept any return or exchange request.
- The store is not responsible for any damage resulting from misuse, lack of care, or improper storage of the item.
- The store also does not bear responsibility for any consequences resulting from negligence or incorrect use of the product after delivery.
